Day 1: Trust Taking Root

Today I was guided to jump into something both inspiring and intimidating!

I’m starting Day 1 of the 100 day project – a free global art project that takes place online. I chose to do a daily intuitive painting because I love how free and “in flow” I feel.

For Day 1, I closed my eyes and picked 3 colors from my watercolor crayons. (That’s always fun to open my eyes and see what colors my Higher Self has picked out!) After painting, I asked my intuition for the theme or message. It was “Trust Taking Root”.

Maybe you have a creative project you’d like to do? It’s simple to get started. Choose a creative project (dance, sing, plant flowers in your garden…) or simply do art daily for fun, 5 -10 minutes daily.
