We often become so focused on becoming better version of ourselves that we forget to celebrate our essence.

I always start my intuitive painting workshops with “It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being present.”

When you are present to the love in your heart, there is only this moment. Any regrets of the future or worries about the future disappear.
